Record your answers to the Guided Practice and Let’s Practice problems on the answer sheet provided with reductions.
Day 1-2: Mon (3/16) – Tues (3/17): LESSON 15.1
- Complete WORKBOOK pps. 167-168
- Look over TEXTBOOK pps. 264-266.
- Now it’s time to practice on your own and complete WORKBOOK pps 169-172.
Day 3-4: Wed (3/18)- Thurs (3-19): LESSON 15.4
- Read the lesson TEXTBOOK page 275 and complete the Guided Practice problems on the answer sheet provided (reduced)
- Complete the Let’s Practice Problems (TEXTBOOK pps. 284-286) on the answer sheet (reduced)
- Complete WORKBOOK pps. 177-180.
Day 5: Fri (3/20): Extended time and make up work/preview- Complete any unfinished work from days 1-4
- Practice multiplication facts with someone (ex: 3x2=?) for 10 minutes
- Preview Lesson and look over 15.5 on TEXTBOOK pps. 286-296

Close Reader Instructions:
Your child knows what to do in their book. We have been using them most of the school year. Please have them complete the following:
All pages should be completed with text details cited. They should read the “Background” information as well as “Setting a Purpose.” In the “Close Read Notes” along the sides of the page, they should be defining the selected words. Make sure they complete all sections. They should work on it as follows:
Day 1: Mon (3/16): Read and finish pages 2-5
Day 2: Tues (3/17) Super Teachers Reading & WS (extended time for day 1)
Day 3: Wed (3/18) Read and finish pages 6-9
Day 4: Thurs (3/19) Super Teachers Reading & WS (extended time for day 2)
Day 5: Fri (3/20) Finish any work from days 1-4 and complete cursive S.
SPRING BREAK: Monday 3/23 – Friday 3/27
Day 6: Mon (3/30): Read and finish pages 28-31
Day 7: Tues (3/31) Super Teachers Reading & WS (extended time for day 6)
Day 8: Wed (4/1): Read and finish pages 46-53

Day 10: Fri (4/3): Finish any work from days 6-9 and complete cursive T.*Students on should have individualized readings at their instructional level for practice, but if for some reason they get lost, students could alternatively go on https://www.raz-kids.com/ and use their Username: Firstname.lastname and Password: student lunch code to login and read a book in the library at their level and take the quiz.
