My name is Dawn Landon, and I began my teaching career at Springfield in 1995.  Along with being the Gifted Intervention Specialist for the district, I have also taught 3rd - 6th Grade Advanced/Accelerated Math, 6th Grade Math & Science at Schrop, 3rd grade Self-Contained at Roosevelt, 7th Grade Math at Springfield Junior High, Title I Math at Schrop, and 8th Grade Math & Gifted Intervention Specialist at East Canton.

I graduated from Marlington High School in 1990, earned my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Malone in 1994, and finished my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Ashland University in 1999. I completed the voluntary and rigorous National Board teaching certification process, and I became National Board Certified in 1999.
