I grew up in Massillon, Ohio, and graduated from Perry High School.  My husband, Joe, and I have been married for 27 years and we have two sons, Racco(26) and Zachary(24). We also have two Shih Tzus, Lola and Jett.

I received my teaching degree from the University of Akron. I have been a teacher for 28 years and have taught sixth grade, fourth grade, and third grade. My favorite part of teaching is meeting new students each year and watching them grow as learners. 

I love reading, biking, football, chocolate, coffee, and family.
